Registering an account with peak2peak.co.za is easy. To get started you’ll need an email address and at least one contact telephone number.

You’ll also be asked to create a unique password to keep your account safe. Make sure your password is memorable and has never been used on any other website before.

from the top of any peak2peak.co.za page, go to My Account, click on Account Details, then simply complete the change password field, then click Save Changes.

Don’t worry, we will help you create a new one. On our Log-in page, click on the link Forgotten your password.

Enter your email address and we’ll send you an email to your account with instructions on how to create a new password.

  • Log into your account with the registered email and password
  • Click on My Account > Account details
  • Change your old email address to the new email address in the email address field
  • Click Save Changes
  • Your new email address will be your log-in from now on.

To submit a request to permanently delete your account and personal information, please go to our Contact Us page and send us an email to permanently delete your account and all your personal informaion.

We will email you once your request has been processed and all your personal information has been deleted.

Once your account and personal information has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access it and we will not be able to restore your account or personal information in the future.

If you would like to continue shopping with us in the future, you will have to register a new account.

It can take up to 30 days for your “delete account” request to be processed. To finalize your personal information or account deletion request, we will send a separate email to the email address associated with the account request. this is a security measure to ensure you authorized the request.
